This historic 16th Century property is located in a quiet bay approximately 20 minutes north from Dubrovnik. The scenic location is perfect for all those looking to stay in a great villa located in a quiet location, but still close to Dubrovnik. Boat mooring is available in front of the villa.

Since the villa is right by the sea, it can be reached by a road to the inlet where the villa is located. Nearly unlimited parking is available on the side of the villa. Guests can enter the property through a stone doorway into a spacious courtyard complete with outdoor seating, recliners and a covered outdoor fully equipped kitchen. There is also a toilet and shower room located to the rear of the courtyard. Another door from the courtyard opens up into a spectacular domed lounge, complete with wide screen TV and table tennis. At the other end of this room doors open out onto a sun terrace leading directly onto the beach.

Outside stairs from the courtyard lead up to the main entrance and into a hallway. On this floor, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a utility room, a lounge with kitchenette and separate shower room are located. Doors from the lounge lead out onto a spacious stone loggia area with sea views and a fabulous outdoor dining table. 

Stairs from the hallway to the second floor take guests to the rest of the sleeping areas. This floor features a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a studio room with double bed plus a sofa bed for one person. There is also a separate shower on this level.
