Perched on the hillside, Stanic Estate is nestled on almost 35 000 sqm of private land with its own vineyard, olive trees and many recreational facilities for sporting enthusiasts. Although secluded, with unobstructed spectacular 360 degree views of the mountains, the estate is only 25 km away from the beach. Located in an area of exceptional natural beauty, this Estate is ideal not only for adults seeking tranquillity, especially if they are into yoga or meditation, but also for youngsters who can play football, basketball, tennis, or play loud their music without disturbing the neighbours.
The owner, who happens to be an Ex- Chelsea football player turned businessman, has created a tranquil and private retreat, even launching his own vineyard to produce private-label vintage.

A luxury property for larger groups is designed for those who like to travel to discover new affinity for local food and wine. Predominantly rural area, Herzegovina (southern region of Bosnia and Herzegovina) is an enticing alternative to Croatia's known sights. If you can bear to tear yourself away from this place, check out Mostar town (45 km) or Kravica Waterfalls (21 km). Or head to Međugorje (19 km), a gathering place of pilgrims from the whole world.
The estate incorporates the main house plus two more guest houses. With a very nice chic feel, there is enough space for multiple, simultaneous activities. Separate guest house would be a good option for grandparents or bringing your live-in staff (nanny, private chef). Estate is also ideal for hosting large get-togethers like family reunion.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and the other two rooms ( one with double bed and one with twin beds) share a bathroom. On the ground floor you will find fully equipped kitchen, living area, dinig room and extra toilet. Comfortable contemporary indoor and outdoor furnishings make every corner of this estate a pleasure to stay in. The breathtaking view as you enter through the front door will leave a lasting impression and sets the scene what is to come. The elegant décor with refreshing modern and old touches creates a homely atmosphere in this luxury space. Open plan living areas flow effortlessly to the outdoors. The large wood burning fireplace is a central feature of the main house. An outdoor dining area features a BBQ and traditional wood-burning oven.
One guest house is adjoining the main house at the top of the hill. Inside you will find a kitchen, dining area, living room and extra toilet spread over ground floor, while two dbl bedrooms are located on upper floor and share a bathroom. Second guest house is located just a short stroll away, on lower point and its interior and exterior are identical to the first guest house. A series of discovery pathways throughout the estate link its entry point to the upper reaches.
When the heat of the day grows too intense, you can cool off in a large swimming pool (15 x 8 m) or hide in a cosy outdoor wooden platform with large cushions and view over the pool. Platform is nestled in the shaded corner and it is a great place to relax during the day. Sun worshippers will probably prefer the sun loungers at the edge of the pool. A little further along is an outdoor sport corner with multifunctional fields for football, basketball, volleyball and tennis. A small house near the pitch has a changing room with showers and also a bar area, where you can stock some refreshments during your games.
Stanic Estate Villas have been carefully handpicked for their aesthetic appeal, distinctive architectural design or privileged location. In other words, for qualities that make them stand out from the crowd. These are villas that we can honestly recommend because we ourselves would like to stay in them.
