5Located on the island of Šipan, inside the magical Elaphiti archipelago stands authentic renovated farmhouse from 19th century, luxury villa Ella. This enormous estate that spreads on over 7,000 m2 will provide you with peace and solitude during your holidays. Even though the villa provides peace and relaxation you can head out and explore island of Šipan, its beaches, villages, restaurants and shops even by foot as the distance from the villa is little over two kilometres.
You can also choose to visit the pearl of Adriatic, Dubrovnik as there is a ferry from Šipan taking you there in approximately 45 minutes.
The villa has a private olive grove as well as the aromatic garden where you can pick fruits and herbs to create healthy dishes. The owner will even provide the recipes for all the ingredients you can pick from the garden.
The outside infinity pool is the perfect place to enjoy in the hot summer days and the sun loungers will come in handy to just relax and get the well deserved sun tan. There is also a summer kitchen at the property where local dished from fresh island ingredients can be created.
If you are looking for some activity at the property there is a table tennis as well as the bocce court. Bocce are a traditional Dalmatian game that will for sure become one of your favourites in no time. There are also bikes available to explore the island while enjoying in the fresh island air.
Inside the villa there are three master bedrooms with King size beds and en suite bathrooms. The two remaining bedrooms are smaller and they feature a single bed with the pull out bed. All rooms and decorations inside the villa are inspired by the fruit colors you can find on the island.
The spacious living room and the dining room provide plenty of light and are decorated in citrus color giving it a relaxing feel. Connected is the large terrace perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the panoramic view.
From Šipan, which is the biggest island of Elefiti archipelago, you can head out and explore the other Elaphiti islands like Koločep and Lopud. Dubrovnik is also a short distance away especially if you arrange a speedboat through villa concierge service.
