Luxury Villa Sun Garden has a spacious yard with an infinity pool (50 m2), a terrace with seating for 15 people, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and an outdoor toilet. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with LCD TV, and 5 bedrooms. Breakfast is included and served in the resort’s restaurant.

The spacious infinity pool (50m2) is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, and there is an outdoor shower next to the pool. Next to the pool, there is a covered outdoor terrace with a Varanasi dining table with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. There is also a wood grill where you can prepare many Dalmatian specialties and a separate washroom and toilet. The first floor of the luxury villa Sun Garden Orasac is accessed by stairs. On this floor are the last 3 bedrooms of which two have a queen size bed and one twin bed, all with en-suite bathroom with a shower. This floor also has its own entrance on the other side of the villa.
