5The charming beachfront luxury Villa SeaBreeze is the ideal vacation spot for relaxation and experiencing the island lifestyle. Villa SeaBreeze is located in the village of Milna on the beautiful island of Vis.
The 750 m2 Villa SeaBreeze with an indoor area of 350 m2 can accommodate 10 guests in five traditional bedrooms which are furnished with a double bed, an A/C system, and a TV. Four of the bedrooms are located on the main part of Villa SeaBreeze, of which the master bedroom has access to a private balcony with a sea view. The fifth bedroom is located in the pavilion of Villa SeaBreeze and has direct access to the garden, as well as to a private bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Villa SeaBreeze features an additional en-suite bathroom with a shower and three separate bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the others with a shower. The kitchen with a dining area and a living room are located in the open-plan area on the ground floor of Villa SeaBreeze. The traditional kitchen possesses all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances needed. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a fireplace which makes this area of the villa extra cozy even in wintertime.
The sliding doors from the open-plan area of Villa SeaBreeze lead onto the veranda with garden furniture which will be the perfect area for enjoying a drink with a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. From the veranda, guests can access to wooden deck with a 22 m2 infinity swimming pool which can be heated up to 32 ºC. In addition to the private swimming pool, the wooden deck also features comfortable lounging chairs for complete relaxation. A special feature of Villa SeaBreeze is the fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen with a barbecue and a beverage cooler, next to which is the beautiful outdoor dining area where the whole family can gather and enjoy the grilled delicacies. Guests of Villa SeaBreeze will have access to a private beach with a buoy and a small jetty. The entertainment offer of the villa consists of table tennis and a kayak while additional kayaks, e-bikes, and SUP equipment can be rented at extra charge. The entire property of Villa SeaBreeze is fenced so that its visitors are hidden from curious eyes. A private parking lot for two cars is available at the villa.
