3The private estate of the luxury villa Beach View is an area of 400 square meters surrounded by a stone wall designed to provide guests with absolute privacy. It is a desired hideaway for those who need an escape from the hectic everyday life.
This charming beachfront villa is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, built from local stone and boasting many covered terraces that will protect you from the hot Dalmatian sun. The villa is set amongst a large garden of olive groves, fruit orchards and flowers. The key characteristic of Villa Beach View is the beachfront location. It consists of two separate properties, the Main House and the Guest House. The estate is eco friendly and uses solar power, run by robust generators and batteries.
The main house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, indoor and outdoor dining area and 2 suites with 3 rooms. One of the suites has a large ensuite king-size bedroom, sitting area and a covered terrace. Another suite has two additional bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a single bed), a shared shower room with a separate toilet, and a shared veranda. The kitchen has a large stone barbecue oven and a separate utility room with washing machine and extra kitchen appliances. All living areas and bedrooms open onto verandas and terraces with sea views.
The guest house with a separate entrance, has one single bed downstairs in the sitting room and one double bed in a room upstairs (Gallery room). There is also a kitchenette with a dining area for 3 guests and a shower/toilet room.
The landscaping is exceptional and includes many native plants and trees. There are plenty of lounge areas by the pool and on terraces. A private meandering stone pathway leads down to the beach and the gates open onto the sea side. The villa offers private parking within the property for 3 or more cars. Additional parking is available outside the property. Mooring for small boats is possible in the front.
