5Villa Yellow Tree is a very special property, an individual project following neither aesthetic trends nor modern designs. In building this villa, great attention was paid to details. Villa is situated in the midst of green fields, taking full advantage of its beautiful surroundings with large windows.
Wooden elements are featured throughout and certain pieces of furniture were crafted from the native teak wood. The owner wanted use of Indonesian teak wood when building pretty much everything – the space surrounding the pool area, the garden furniture, the entire roof terrace, and a series of wood panels functioning as space dividers or shutters. All this adds to the quantity and authentic feeling of the property.
This luxury Istrian villa is a secret sanctuary located some 15 kilometers away from the town of Porec. It has four bedrooms with four ensuite bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa can accommodate groups of up to 12 guests with provided extra beds. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room and the villa owner can provide another 2 rollaway single beds. The published rates that are valid for a group of 8 guests maximum. For groups bigger than 8, there is an extra charge of 15 EUR per person per day.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There are two wine coolers in the villa stocked with local reds and whites. Large double doors open onto the terrace. The wow factor is definitely the pool complex; a hot tub and heated indoor swimming pool are accessed through sliding doors that allow for the area to stay open as well. While the winter months may not be conducive for catching tan, the heated indoor swimming pool is a great alternative, making year-round swimming an affordable possibility.
The villa is available for a minimum of two nights stay in which case additional fee is charged. Villa Yellow Tree is available on a self-catered basis. Dining is possible indoors and al fresco in the big garden area. The services of a private chef are available and charged extra, which is a great option for groups and families who want to entrust their meals to an expert in local cuisine.
