8Located in the heart of Rovinj, in the near vicinity of St. Euphemia church, the luxury villa Malipiero Residence is the perfect blend of culture and history mixed with modern and luxury. As it was originally built in 1750 by the Malipiero family, the villa received a complete renovation in 2021 making it the only five-star villa in the old town of Rovinj.
The villa spreads on 7 floors, with 450 m2 of living space, which are connected by the original stone stairs. Inside the villa, you will find six bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms (5 with stand-alone showers and one with a bath), a TV, a safe box, and air conditioning units. Villa is ideal for housing up to 12 people.
Inside the villa, you will find 2 living rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens, a terrace with beautiful panoramic sea views, and a fireplace. There is also an in-house gym with various fitness equipment, a wine cellar, a Finnish sauna, and a relaxation room.
There is also a library, in case you want to relax with a book, and a gaming system installed which can be played either on indoor or an outdoor TV.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible the villa provides a private parking space for 3 cars. Even though there is no parking available inside the Rovinj old town, parking is provided just outside of it and the villa's shuttle service takes you from there to the Residence.
Other services, when booking the villa, include the villa concierge service, a private tour of Rovinj old town and daily housekeeping services. You also get a daily breakfast service delivered to the villa.
Additional services (at request), to make your stay at the villa as pleasurable and memorable as possible, include a private chef, grocery shopping service, sommelier service, relaxing massages, private trainer and yoga instructor. You can also arrange airport transfers, a private chauffeur and rent a car service.
