On the ground floor, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, an open space living area, a spa area, and an additional toilet. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is on the lower ground floor. The outside area is the perfect space to enjoy the local climate, with an inviting infinity pool and terrace with sun loungers and an alfresco dining area.

Villa has a WiFi connection enabled throughout, a laundry washer, and a dryer. It is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating, as well as private parking for 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the outside part of the property. 1 well-behaved pet up to 7 kg is also welcomed to the villa.
